Publisher Category Growth

We reviewed network data across our largest regions to better understand how consumers’ relationships with publishers are changing through this pandemic. Across the globe, we’re seeing coupon sites consistently driving a high share of orders. In the U.S., publishers in the loyalty vertical are reclaiming a share of orders, while subnetworks are increasing their share of orders in France and Germany.

Lockdown begins to ease

Lockdown restrictions around the world have begun to ease, with the retail and hospitality industries reopening in many countries. We delve into the analysis of countries who have eased restrictions, to see what the lockdown status changes are having on online consumer spending.

Affiliate Network Clicks and Orders

Clicks and orders are up this month across all networks.  In APAC clicks and orders have been on the rise since the start of February. Though clicks have been more volatile, the overall trend has been an increase of over 25% since the beginning of February.  The beginning of May has seen orders in Brazil begin to recover returning to almost pre-COVID19 levels. Both France and Germany have experienced an increase in clicks week-over-week, with clicks peaking over 20% for Germany and almost 35% in France. In the US clicks and orders have risen 30% since the beginning of February, while the U.K. has experienced a 30% increase in clicks and 54% rise in orders since the start of February.   To see these trends across regions, and how verticals are influencing them, apply the filters in the dynamic image below.
