Q: How do I log into the dashboard?

A: You can log in using your email and password.

If you have updated but forgot your password, please click the “Forgot Your Password?” link above and enter your email address. 

If you do not receive the email to reset your upgraded password, please get in touch with Customer Support informing them, “you are not getting the email to reset your upgraded password.”

Q: I have not updated my login credentials; how do I access the dashboard? 

A: If you have not upgraded your account and haven’t logged in using your email, please click “Update now.”

Q: Have I updated my account? What is the difference between a non-updated account and an updated account?

A: A non-updated account uses a username and password combination. An updated account uses an email and password combination. For example:

Non-upgraded Account: 

— Username: rakutenadvertising
— Password: *********

Upgraded Account

— Email: login@rakutenadvertising.com
— Password: *********

Q: What if I forgot my non-updated account password?

A: Please click “Forgot password?” during the update process and follow the password reset process.
