The Story

After a stagnant period of growth with an alternative affiliate network, Fossil migrated to Rakuten Advertising to enhance brand image and boost overall profitability. The team launched in Q4, a critical sales period, with the aim of recruiting new partners, diversifying their existing publisher mix, and providing increased incentives to their customer base to achieve higher AOV and sales.
